I do understand about your interest however if you can let me know about your skill level and expectation in terms of photography course.
I mean if you are looking for beginner's course (where you will learn more about your camera and its best use and limitations too and basic level of photography with digital post processing) or some specialized course for Studio Photography, Outdoor Portrait Photography, Wild Life / Bird, Fashion / Portfolio, Product, Landscape / Nature, Street / People Photography etc....

well i do wanna learn some basics but not too much as i have a fair idea.... and well specifically i want for some outdoor photography and also for specifically for my profession an intra oral photographs (for inside of the mouth)...

for intra oral photography you should go for fisheye lens with macro flash which may give you results like following picture and I hope such pictures actually solve your purpose too.
